Auuuu!! Què udola dins meu? (Auuuu!! What's howling inside me?)

Auuuu!! Què udola dins meu? (Auuuu!! What's howling inside me?) it is a workshop that aims to promote the connection with others by starting a journey towards our interior where the most intense emotions manifest themselves. All of us are a sum of emotions and we can learn to integrate them in a balanced way, decide which ones we want to feed and make them predominate within us.

Lights and shadows that appear and disappear, wolves that coexist within us and howl, laugh or dance. With Auuuu! What does it take inside me? We will discover how our lights and shadows interrelate by freely exploring what we see and what we project.
