The Body as the Main Tool

Quim Girón, circus artist and director, will lead a workshop that invites participants to create an empty space where they can pause, listen to themselves and pay attention to others. Through eye contact, movement, listening and voice, we will explore different ways of communicating and connecting with one another.

Using these tools, participants will create situations and scenes combining elements of circus, dance and music, placing the body at the heart of the experience and the creative process.
