SYNOPSIS

"Únicos" is a poetic exploration of bodies and their uniqueness. Through contemporary dance and dance-theatre, two performers meet in an unfamiliar space where movement becomes language and the body becomes identity. Inspired by the work of Alexander Calder, this new piece —directed by Omar Meza— questions society’s silence around corporeality and self-expression.

A new creation by DA.TE Danza, a leading company in contemporary dance for early childhood, children, and youth, celebrating its 25th anniversary with a track record shaped by social awareness and commitment to current themes. "Únicos" invites us to accept our own form, to inhabit our bodies without fear, and to find balance in our unique beauty.
